origin story
In the late 80’s until the early 90’s, ECSI Founder, Jeff Dawson started developing his sports investing skills as he worked for 2 sports services in Boston. He learned that most handicappers are legitimate, but they were just following everyone else’s lead and playbook. Just a list of names, dollar amounts and telephone numbers. They whole business was to get as much information from potential client and give him the game. Hang up, call the next name, same process, but give him the other side of game. Someone wins, someone loses… It was all about volume.
Growing tired of this- ECSI was founded based on the principle of long-term success and relationships with our clients, which we call FAMILY!
We follow over 50 sportbooks all over the world. Plugged in LIVE, so we get every alert, steam, scratch, weather report, RLM, to the second its released. No delays in our game! We delivers picks & plays to our clients right to their phone & email so that they can enjoy the game and place bets confidently knowing that we’ve analyzed the game in every possible way.

Jeff made his first bet in 1975, at 10 years old and never looked back. It was The Boston Red Sox vs. Cincinnati Reds for 0.50c with a classmate.
In the late 80’s until the early 90’s Jeff started developing his sports investing skills as he worked for 2 sports services in Boston.
With his experience and Vegas connections, Jeff decided to open up East Coast Sports Investors in 2015 and provide clients with top notch sports investing service

Jeffrey first appeared on the scene as a public handicapper in 1996. He advertised his horse racing selections in the Daily Racing Form. His most notable moments came in his correct prediction that Cigar’s 16 race winning streak would come to an end in the Pacific Classic at Del Mar!
Jeffrey has handicapped for several well-known websites and has a successful track record with them all. His mantra is that “no one bet is better than any other” and is a strong proponent of proper money management.
SCOTT WEBB

Scott was a former semi-pro athlete in baseball with a claim to fame of throwing Ken Griffey Jr. out stealing second base! After his career ended, he combined that competitive will to win with a love of sports into a career handicapping games for over 26 years.
Using adapted formulas and data from Joe Peta, Scott creates his own lines based on Saber-metric data. His line is state of the art and will provide line value to the Vegas line!
Scott uses his experience and new age database to further exploit the edges to find the best investment opportunities possible for our clients!
Riley Magnuson
SPORTS INVESTING/INSIDE LOOK
Riley burst onto the sports betting scene in 2020 out of the Windy City of Chicago. Coined by Jeff Dawson as “Southside Riley”, he consistently shares his knowledge and inside look into the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bulls, Chicago White Sox, and Big Ten football and basketball, to go along with his insights on the national landscape.
