After a small break to let the trade deadline die down a bit, we are back with a Bulls best bet of the day. While the Chicago Bulls did absolutely nothing at the deadline, we hope these best bets can get hot and be a different spark of gold as opposed to the actual team on the floor.
We are already 1-0 since shifting over to the ECSI website as our host, and with any luck, this baby will be in the green by months end. This one is going to be short and sweet with gametime quickly approaching. Best of luck, and GO BULLS!!
2022-23 Bulls Best Bet Record: 12-15
Patrick Williams Over 12.5 Points (-110)
If you have followed along with me this season, you have seen me talk about Patrick Williams on a number of occasions. In tonight's case, I am taking a swing for a couple of reasons.
On one hand you have essentially a bounce back from his last performance of 6 points on 2-11 shooting against Orlando. Williams has been a great bounce back candidate this season and often after a night of low production, the sense of urgency and confidence go to a higher level in the following game.
The other angle is that without Demar Derozan, I expect Williams to inherit some shot volume tonight in his absence. Williams is already among the Chicago Bulls leading shot makers by percentage, and without Derozan he should see the ball come his way a few more times.
I'm taking a swing at Williams with a sense of urgency from him and hopefully this Bulls team. If you want to get aggressive, you can catch plus-money on him to hit over 1.5 three pointers. He is just under 40% on the season, and should be due for some positive regression after a bit of a lull from behind the arc.
